Oxford Diecast Ford 400E Rediffusion

The Rediffusion brand name can be traced back to 1928, but its name is synonymous with the early days of ITV being the first UK commercial television company to go on air on 22 September 1955, providing independent television to the coveted London weekday broadcasting franchise. Rediffusion spawned a number of related television services including low-bandwidth cable TV and radio distribution, and a retail chain, renting and servicing TVs radios, VCRs, and hi-fi systems. Naturally, such a diverse business required a vehicle fleet.
